For nearly eight years, this client continued visiting another salon out of loyalty, even though her hair never became as smooth as she hoped.
After visiting my salon, she said something that stayed with me:
"Why didn't I find this place sooner?"
Her hair had accumulated significant damage over the years. The mid-lengths and ends were dry, rough, and difficult to manage, while the roots and previously treated sections all required different levels of care.
For this service, I carefully adjusted the pH balance for each section of the hair, customized the chemical process from roots to ends, and used both dry and moisture-assisted straightening techniques to create a safer heat cushion for the most fragile areas.
The goal was not simply to make the hair straight.
The goal was to restore softness, movement, shine, and confidence.
Today, her hair feels silky, smooth, and healthy again.
What makes this client especially meaningful to me is the trust we have built together. Every time she visits, she goes out of her way to support me, encourage me, and cheer me on. We often laugh together like sisters, and that positive energy always makes the work even more rewarding.
