A client came after another salon straightened the hair, but the roots were still very strong and not fully straightened.
For strong roots and damaged hair, one-touch work is often not enough.
This time, I carefully worked with a detailed two-touch process, separating the roots and damaged sections with different timing, pressure, moisture balance, and heat control.
The roots especially needed thick and precise product application.
If the cream is applied too lightly or unevenly, the roots may not straighten properly.
For damaged hair, the process becomes completely different.
Air exposure, moisture control, dry ironing, and wet ironing techniques were carefully adjusted section by section depending on the condition of the hair.
I always try to work slowly and sincerely so clients can leave feeling comfortable and confident.
