Dark ASMR to Induce SLEEP 💖 Guided relaxation & Whispering 🫧Underwater Atmosphere
Tonight's video is the first in the new studio!! This ear to ear ASMR session includes a Guided relaxation in the beginning of the video, with guided breathing exercises to help calm your body and mind and make you ready to sleep. It then includes lots of ear to ear whispering, mainly a ramble about the move and this new stage of the channel which I wanted to share with you guys!
I don't do ramble session very often but I hope you'll enjoy and find it soothing!
This ASMR has a dark atmosphere (dim lights) and a starry background which I think creates a very dreamy environment, let me know your thoughts!
In any case, if you prefer, you can listen to this ASMR with your eyes closed in bed, to drift off to sleep fast!
