Overnight oats that taste like "pudding" made with egg whites, NO WHEY PROTEIN.

Overnight oats high in protein & great for fast loss.

The Creamiest overnight oats I've eaten for years without getting bored!

OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE

Ingredients:
30g quick oats
250ml water
dash of cinnamon, sea-salt, stevia
130g egg whites

Toppings: fresh fruits, none-fat greek yogurt, chopped nuts, pbfit... of your choice


Preparation:
In an XL bowl add all the dry ingredients (exclude the egg whites) and microwave for 4 minutes.

Let cool for 3 minutes before adding the egg whites

Stir in the egg whites and microwave again for 3-4 minutes

Cover and let it rest in the fridge overnight.

Serve with your favorite toppings.

Enjoy!
