Today you find me outside on a very hot day in my garden. I lie down next to the rill waterfall and long grasses to show you how to easily massage and stretch your back without help from anyone else!

The moves, stretches and rotations are brought into one video for those feeling there is tension in the back, shoulders or hips. We move slowly and with intuition from one move to another.

I talk about the lower, middle and upper parts of the back to reveal how each area relates to a different personal psychological de-motivator. ie something that is holding up back from perfect health that needs to be released with movement and the right affirmation.
