Hello my spirited springs, seasonal effective disorder can make this part of the year feel particularly hard. This gentle guided practice will help you reset your nervous system, and get you oriented towards the upcoming spring. ☀️
We'll be starting with some gentle stretching to bring you out of your head and into your body. Then a face massage to give a bit of self love as well as promote the lymphatic system. We'll be finishing off with an uplifting meditation to get you feeling like yourself again.
