**#1: BREAKFAST CEREALS**

- 14g sugar per serving
- Glucose spike: +75 mg/dL
- Marketed as "weight loss"

*Honey Nut Cheerios:*
- 12g sugar (first ingredient: sugar)
- Spike: +65 mg/dL
- "Heart healthy" claim

*My CGM Test:*
- Granola + milk: 168 mg/dL spike
- Crash to 72 in 90 min
- Starving by 10 AM

✅ **Swap:** 3 eggs + avocado = +15 mg/dL, stable energy 4 hours

**#2: JUICE & SMOOTHIES**

*Orange Juice:*
- 26g sugar (same as Coca-Cola)
- Spike: 95 → 175 mg/dL
- Higher than beer

*Açaí Bowl:*
- 65g sugar
- Spike: 190 mg/dL
