Hello! A few nights ago I filmed my dinner as it was cooking. I talk about these foods, not in great detail, but in a way that hopefully if you've never tried them, you can make them! Both the quinoa and kale cook in 15min. How awesome is that? Well, there's a bit of prep time, but that's just as fast as pasta, pretty much. AND it is so good.
I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but I don't eat meat at every meal. I do, however, need a sufficient amount of protein/iron in my diet, because I am anemic (iron deficiency!).
Both kale and quinoa are very high sources of protein.

For dessert, I ate a couple of squares of dark chocolate. I always eat dessert. Always. I love chocolate.
