About Your Provider & This Treatment: Hi, I'm Holly Tanella,founder of Bohemia Skin, 2019 Top International Holistic Esthetician at the Skin Games, and a Forbes-featured skincare expert. Over the last 11 years, I've touched thousands of faces at Boho Med Spa in Allen, Texas.
To address Rosey’s specific goals, we customized a trauma-free clinical protocol. To clear her pigmentation, we utilized IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) to gently pull dark spots to the surface. Because Rosey has experienced significant weight loss, she wanted to focus on naturally lifting her skin. We achieved this with a deep Buccal Massage to release jaw tension, lift the lower facial muscles, and naturally contour her jawline.
Since her skin is sensitive and dry, we flooded her barrier with intense hydration using a beautiful Flower Jelly Mask and a cooling Crystal Massage.
