Hello! I've been getting colds and flus and sinus infections my whole life, and in the past few years, I have found ways of dealing with these bugs naturally. By using these natural remedies, I have been able to continue on with my life and have not been bed-ridden and just a wreck for a week! If any of you have some tricks for holding off colds or easing the symptoms, please comment! I think that you can never have too many "tricks"!
For me, I can't easily just take a "sick" day. If I have to cancel all my students for a day, I do not get paid, and that kind of sucks. It happens every once in a while, but I prefer to still be able to go to work and do my own work when I'm feeling under the weather. Obviously if I'm carrying a pretty bad bug, I will cancel everything and stay home so I don't spread it to everyone! That's just common courtesy :)
