🎶 Rhythmic Relaxation (Hypnotic Layered ASMR to the Beat, With MUSIC, Gradually Slower)

Hi everyone! Welcome to another video!

I’ll admit, I never used to like ASMR with music. In fact, when I’d run across a video with music I’d usually just find another one to watch instead. However, after getting requests for my videos to be paired with music, ASMR with music has grown on me! I never thought I’d say that! So, this one is for those of you who love your ASMR with some music!

I've seen several ASMRtists doing ASMR to the beat, or rhythmic ASMR, and I wanted to give it a shot too! It seemed like a fun concept to try!

😌 We start breathing at 80 bpm, and each section gradually slows from a resting 70 bpm down to a sleeeepy 30 bpm. Additionally, I’ve listed the track titles and artists on screen this time rather than just in the description - I hope that helps if you hear a song you like! Tracks are listed after the timestamps near the bottom of the description too!

Some of the motions on screen have layered sounds synced to them and other bits are just a little more abstract. The beats are made with brushing, tapping, whispers, crinkles, and more. The music is a bit louder than usual since it was meant to be paired with the sounds, rather than just for the background.

I actually originally made this video with no music at all, just ASMR triggers, but after finding some music to pair with it, I decided the music version was superior. Unfortunately since I didn’t plan on it to be with music in the first place, sometimes things don’t exactly fit together like they should, but lesson learned, and I’ll plan accordingly if I revisit this concept in the future. 🤔
