What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response — a fancy way of describing the calming, peaceful feeling you may experience in response to listening to soothing sounds and/or seeing relaxing visuals. ASMR is loved, enjoyed, and used by many for a variety of different reasons such as; as background noise — similar to white noise, as a concentration aid for working or studying, as a way to simply relax and unwind during the day — or to help fall asleep!
