What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response — a fancy way of describing the calming, peaceful feeling you may experience in response to listening to soothing sounds and/or seeing relaxing visuals. ASMR is loved, enjoyed, and used by many for a variety of different reasons such as; background noise — similar to white noise, as a concentration aid for working or studying, as a way to simply relax and unwind during the day — or to help fall asleep!
I started this channel as a way to give back to a community that I love so dearly and one that has touched my heart so deeply over the last decade. I hope through my videos you can find a moment of peace and feel the same sense of comfort, belonging, and connection that this amazing community has allowed me to feel throughout the years!
