Let's start by palpating your head and mapping the boundaries of your headache, then doing multiple tests to determine what kind of headache you have going on. Then, we'll use a multi-pronged approach to try to alleviate your symptoms: massage, hot and cold stimulus, eye exercises for strain, and gentle face touching.
