Let's take a big breath. Sigh it out. Today we're going to do some breath work together and take one breath at a time. The practice of breath work has wonderful benefits. We can use the breath to help to wind us down and to feel more relaxed. I did not originate the box breathing technique. It has been practiced by many before me.
