Lovely Hilary has been a Kore Therapy client of mine for a couple of years. Hilary loves the feeling of well-being that Kore gives her and especially enjoys the back and neck elements. Today Hilary mentions a shoulder pain that she has so wants me to check it out and offer a range of techniques to work out what is wrong and how to remedy it. We run through some kinesiology muscle tests followed by a good amount of tuina massage on her back, shoulders and hips to bring alignment and softness to the spine and its circulation. I explain how the spine needs to be able to react with flexibility upon any impact in order to prevent damage and pain.
