Welcome Harmonies! Feeling at peace today? ๐ Mandie certainly felt a lot better after her kore therapy session. Poor girl already had pain from a misaligned hip before falling off her bicycle and injuring her back, head and shoulder. We discuss what's happened followed by some kinesiology tests to work out how her body is feeling, then crack into some tuina and back releases to instil some balance and harmony. The sequel for Mandie's treatment will be shown in a couple of weeks.
