I’ve been meaning to share this one with you because it turned into one of the most relaxing sessions I’ve filmed in a while. I really wanted you to feel like sinking into a quiet space while I slowly work through an energy cleanse with light triggers and slow hand movements. The whole vibe is slow, dark, and cozy in the way long ASMR sessions usually are. If you’ve been needing something to unwind or fall asleep to, this might be exactly the thing you put on and forget the world for a bit.
The idea was to blend gentle hand movements with different kinds of lights, so throughout the video you’ll see plucking, spirals, face scanning, and slow tracing while I use the flashlight, fiber optic light, and the little “magic wand” light to cleanse and smooth out anything heavy around you. I kept the whispers soft and airy the entire time, with tiny mouth sounds like subtle tongue clicks and sh-sh layers just to deepen that sleepy texture. It’s the kind of sound that settles into your ears and helps your mind drift.
I really tried to create a long, steady rhythm so you could let it play beside you while you rest.
