Hello everyone, how are you? In today's video, I decided to bring up a topic that has been part of my life for some time: anxiety. I've lived with it for a few years now, and ASMR is one of the things that make me feel calmer about it, especially knowing that I'm not alone.
So the purpose of this video is to try to calm you down in a moment of anxiety, help you with breathing exercises, some hand sounds, finger fluttering, jellyfish movements, and make you follow the hand movements.
If I'm having an anxiety moment, my overthinking behavior turns my insomnia ON, especially thinking about what I have no control at all, and if you saw the community tab post on Tuesday, you probably already know what motivated me to make this video hehe. But anyway.
