I really must say that so far i have been very impressed by this brand. I have extremely temperamental and sensitive skin and these products did not irritate my skin at all!!
I did a little bit of hair brushing in the beginning as let's face it, who doesn't like those kinda sounds? I also wanted to use a few of my facial tools as i do regularly use them in the evening and i also know you guys love them so much hehe :)
