๐ฆ Swiss Reflex Treatment to the feet, similar to reflexology, is a beautiful and relaxing therapy which brings stress relief and calm alongside treating all manner of illness and issues faced by the body.
๐ฆ I show you step by step how to treat each system of the body: comprising nervous, endocrine, respiratory, digestive, excretory, immune, reproductive, glandular and skeletal. This technique demonstrates how to assess, detect and help resolve all types of pain, congestion and ailments such as asthma, inflammation, hayfever, stress and depression.
๐ฆ I use essential oils in my Swiss Reflex treatments, always choosing bespoke oils for the particular client's situation. Watch and relax, or watch and follow by giving a loved one a soothing and healing foot massage.
๐ฆ Notice how Jez is pretty zoned out during this treatment, while he listens to the explanations and treatment dialogue of his own feet. He slowly becomes more and more relaxed, eventually hardly able to stay awake, bless him.
