ASMR Swiss Reflex with Victoria and Gail | 2 of 2
I really enjoy treating Gail to her regular slots of Swiss Reflex. I believe us therapists receive healing while we are working. It makes me feel calm and centred. Here is the second part of Gail's treatment where I mix up the oils we'd decided on in last week's session, then treat her feet to a long Swiss Reflex therapy. I explain what I'm finding, what I'm treating and how it helps as I go along. At the end I massage and stretch the feet before asking Gail to take a long deep breath that you can do also. We use the breath to flex and stretch different parts of the body to bring us back into the real world.
