執行停止 shikkōteishi = stay of execution

不法滞在者 fuhoutaisaisha = illegal resident
強制送還になるから、まずは今日は入管施設に（移送された）。Kyouseisoukan ni narukara, mazu wa kyou wa nyuukanshisetsu ni (isousareta). = He will be forcibly deported so first he will be moved to an immigration facility today.
強制送還 Kyouseisoukan=deportation
入管施設 nyuukanshisetsu=immigration facilities
国へ帰る。kuni he kaeru = to return to one's country
帰国 kikoku suru = to return to one's country
強制退去 kyouseitaikyo = forced deportation
入管施設 nyuukanshisetsu=immigration facilities
もう来ないよね。mou konai yo ne. = He won't come back right?
不法滞在は悪いけど、でもやっぱ、犯人でなかったってことでしょ？
釈放される。 = Overstaying your visa is bad but just as I thought, this means he was not the perpetrator, right?
