多く ooku = lots of
ご不便 = go fu ben = inconvenient
を wo = indicates what the verb will act on
南海電鉄 nankaidentetsu = train name
４０代 yon juu dai = someone in their 40s
車掌 sha shou = conductor
が ga = subject marker
不適切 futekisetsu = inappropriate
アナウンス anaunsu = announcement乗客 jou kyaku = passenger
クレーム kureemu = a complaint
発端 hottan = trigger, start
差別の意図なかった sa betsu no ito nakatta = I had no intention of being discriminatory.

と to = points to something in quotes
釈明 shaku mei = explanation, clarification

『外国人が多く邪魔だ』
gai koku jin ga ooku jama da = There are so many foreigners that’s a nuisance.
