Today you're having a follow up appointment concerning your extreme dandruff and scalp psoriasis. You previously had a scalp treatment for this but you feel that it hasn't worked and that it's got worse but don't worry I will check and treat that for you.

Firstly we discuss what is happening with your scalp that it still feels very itchy and sore and that the scalp treatment that I gave you did not work.
I then check your scalp with my medical instruments and rat tail comb and immediately see that your extreme dandruff and scalp psoriasis is still there but that the dried flakes have got infected and changed into a yellowy brown colour.

I start to remove some of the dried skin with my tweezers and medical instruments and take a few samples to send to the lab for testing to see what type of bacteria its holding for better treatment. I check your scalp for sores and to see if you have more dry areas with my torch and medical instruments and I find that your extreme dandruff, red sores and scalp psoriasis is at the back of your scalp but have some dried flakes on the rest of your scalp.

I then apply a complete scalp treatment on your scalp and leave it to work for 10 minutes. I then remove all of the infected flakes and more with my fine tooth combs, lice combs and medical instruments. I finish by massaging the treatment on your scalp so its distrubuted evenly to work overnight.
