ASMR School Nurse Lice Check with Bad Results (Dandruff Removal, Scalp Check, Whispering) Medical RP
Hello my darling! Today I will be giving you a lice check as there as you have an itchy scalp and have been in contact with classmates with lice but don't worry everything will be ok, I will look after you and make sure you don't have any of those yucky thingys in your head but if you do I will give you a lice treatment and remove them all so let's get started!
Firstly I check your scalp for lice with my medical instruments whilst you have you pigtails on and I find that you have some dandruff and a bit of loose dry skin on your scalp so I start to remove it with my medical instruments and small lice comb. I then ask permission from your mummy if I can apply a scalp treatment to the affected area and as he said yes, I apply a moisturising balm and massage it through very gently.
I then remove you beautiful pigtails and continue to check your scalp for lice and more dry areas. I find that you have another section of dandruff and continue to remove it with my medical instruments and apply another scalp treatment on that affected area. I still haven't found any lice so I continue to check section by section of your scalp with my chopsticks, rat tail comb, tweezers and medical instruments.
I find that you don't have any lice and report my findings to your mummy. I then apply an all over protective scalp treatment for your scalp to prevent your scalp from getting dry and feel better.
I give my instructions to your mummy to apply a scalp balm on your scalp at home and to make an appointment for you to come and see me in a couple of weeks to check your scalp.
I finish by brushing your hair so you look lovely leaving the clinic as you are going to Mcdonalds and give you some yummy sweets as a prize for being such a brave girl.
