Please read.... This video has A LOT of talking, like 20 mins worth. I felt drawn to share with you ladies my background a bit so you know where I am coming from. I was trying to keep this from becoming too long so there was some stuff I left out- sacred cleansing via water, and moving your body are 2 very important rituals to include during your moon time. Specifically washing to release what does not serve you, and moving your hips to allow the flow of energy in this space.
