Tonights Reiki session is for anyone who's ever felt the heaviness that comes with things not working out how you'd imagined they would.
It's for the grief that comes from a dream that has to get sidelined, for the route that you weren't able to take, for the plan that never unfolded the way you thought it would.
Because we can feel just as much grief at the things that "didn't happen" as we do at the things that did.
so tonight, we are creating space to honour what has been lost and release some of the weight of "what might have been" and find some compassion for the person you are today
