Hi friends! This is an intuitive Reiki and massage session to help you ground your energy and strengthen your root chakra. All of the work that we do will infuse as you sleep so that you wake up with grounded and present for your daily life. In this session I will use smoke, feathers, flowers and crystals to cleanse and empower your root chakra. I also use gentle massage techniques to enliven and bring awareness to the physical body that houses the root chakra. Please enjoy!
