Hi Friends! Welcome to this ASMR Reiki and massage session designed to help you release stress and sink into a deep, restorative sleep. Tonight I will sweep away your stresses using selenite, feathers and my hands. I will infuse your energy with a calming and grounding energy so that you can relax deeply as you settle into sleep. I will then use my glowing moon and voice to guide you through a relaxing Nidra body scan, helping you drift off to sleep.
In this session, you’ll experience:
✨ Aura warming to comfort and relax your energy field
✨ Sweeping with selenite, feathers and my hands to remove your stresses
✨ Crystal tapping and channeling for safety and peace
✨ Gentle massage to relax the body
✨ A Yoga Nidra–style body scan to gently guide you into sleep
