Hey everybodyyy,
Thank you so much first of all to Eric for helping me edit out some pretty loud white noise in the background:))
If you've never heard of progressive muscle relaxation, it's a method of deep muscle relaxation meant to help you with insomnia, pain relief, anxiety and sleep:) If you think it sounds weird in the beginning, just try it and follow my instructions!! I actually love doing this when I wake up at night and it puts me back to sleep instantly:D There are so many different variations to try I even if you don't want to follow this specific video:) But if you don't feel like trying, I hope you can fall asleep, either because you're bored or because you can relax to my voice and hand movements:D
