ASMR / Tibetan Singing Bowl With Water + Mini Body Scan Meditation
In this video, I'm going to be guiding you through a quick body scan meditation to help you become fully present while pouring water into a Tibetan singing bowl and using that to help you deeply relax as well as provide powerful healing.
