In this ASMR cranial nerve exam, I’ll be using familiar cranial nerve techniques — like light tracking, sound, and gentle observation — but instead of testing you, I’m simply reading your energy.
There’s nothing you need to do and nothing you need to get “right.” You can keep your eyes open or closed, relax your body, and let your nervous system respond naturally.
This session is slow, calming, and designed to help you unwind, release tension, and drift into a peaceful state where everything feels a little softer and quieter. If you start to feel sleepy, heavy, or spaced out, that’s perfectly okay — it means your energy is settling.
