ASMR | Picking Blueberries & Baking Mother´s Blueberry Pie - Soft Spoken with an accent

Hello and welcome to my channel! Today I thought I would bake a blueberry pie. My favourite recipe is Mamman marjapiirakka – mother’s berrypie – and before I can start baking, I will pop to the store for some butter and sour cream, and pick blueberries from the forest.
Then we can start making the pie itself.
Finally, of course, I will taste the blueberry pie with a cup of coffee.

Mother’s Berry Pie Recipe:
Base:
125 g butter
1 dl sugar
1 egg
2 dl all-purpose flour
1 dl whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
Mix the base ingredients, butter the pie tin, and press the dough into the bottom.
Filling:
2 dl sour cream
½ dl sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla sugar
+ as many berries as you like
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 30–40 minutes until lightly golden.
