Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having a stack of protein pancakes and ice cream! 😻 For the pancakes I often use a regular vegan pancake recipe and add protein powder. Delicious and protein-packed. 😻 The topping today is blueberries, pureed fruits and vanilla ice cream. I was very surprised how good ice cream fits with pancakes omg! Have you tried this combo before? :D ♥
