Tonight we are going to be doing a postive affirmation with up-close hand movements and whispered personal attention. This is a great reset video if you are in need of some extra self love and care. As mentioned in my community tab this is a re-upload. I was going to scrap the footage due to crickets outside but I cannot control the elements and the season is almost over. I do my best to use editing software but I don't want to compromise my whisper and sounds. I will film more in my studio to reduce some of the cricket noises.
