Hi Everyone!
I hope you are all doing well. Todayโs video will be a whispered guided meditation. It will be a close-up, slow whisper as I walk through a 20 minute meditation. I will be scratching the mic fluff occasionally as well. I apologize for the mic noise you may hear since I was holding it for most of the time, but I hope you enjoy nonetheless!
