Vikki and I have known each other since we were 8, playing outside most of the time, loving village life. Last time you saw Vikki was on my Video back in 2000 when we filmed 'Aromatherapy' which included a series of short consultations with clients and friends and then an aromatherapy facial demonstration with Jackie, another good friend.
Today join Vikki and I in the Bothy Therapy Room, while we discuss topical issues such as stress, panic, menopause, arthritis and coping with life following an accident. We have some good chats and a lot of laughs!

I then give my beautiful friend an aromatherapy back, neck, shoulder and scalp massage to soothe tired nerves and relieve muscle tension. I gently explain which techniques I'm choosing to adopt and why, carefully bringing in soft vocal tones and measured responses to what I find needs attention. We finish with a gentle stretch and quiet chat with a nod to camera.
