Guided Meditation for Anyone Feeling Stuck/Reiki ASMR/Self Worth & Flow Practice with a Reiki Master

Today's video has been requested so many times: a long form meditation for flow, getting unstuck and releasing negative thoughts and self doubt. So, at long last, here it is!
Sending so much love and support to everyone affected by the fires. I want to first say that I'm completely safe, but I am quite close to one of the wildfires. This has made it challenging to record for a few reasons, not the least of which is that I have a very dry, croaky voice (not too soothing). For this meditation I was able to sip tea and water throughout, but for the sessions it's just been tricky. Challenges abound, but we persevere! I've filmed a new Reiki Session video, and hope to have it to you soon. So, if that's what you're waiting for, not to worry, we'll be back to our regularly scheduled programming soon enough ;)
