What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is a pleasant physical sensation that can be triggered by various stimuli. ASMR videos, therefore, focus on creating an environment conducive to helping you experience ASMR.
ASMR is a unique and scientifically established feeling that some people experience. It is often described as a tingling sensation on the skin of the scalp and back of the neck, and is usually accompanied by an increased sense of relaxation, sleepiness, or focus. ASMR videos are used in many ways, commonly as study aids, sleep aids, and comfort for anxiety.
