This ASMR video was made for when you're struggling with anxiety and need help to fall asleep! This includes guided breathing exercises and other guided meditation focused on visualizations, body sensations and relaxation, as well as positive affirmations to calm your mind and help you wind down.
I tried to include new meditation practices, like guided breathing with color visualizations, a countdown body relaxation and finally a candle visualization exercise for deep meditation and mind awareness.

What is ASMR??
ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR).
It is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
