Dealing With Hate 🤬| 20 Minute Reiki ASMR | Releasing From Negative Influences 🧘‍♀️🪷❤️

Hello and welcome to my channel! ❤️✨

In this 20 Minute Reiki session we will be looking at the energy of hate & how to deal with it whilst moving forward peacefully. You are a beautiful and unique soul on your own journey and you don’t have to explain yourself to anyone. No one has the authoritative right to judge you and tell you what to do or how to live your life.

In this session I will be releasing and cutting negative cords, attachments, residual energy and influences using a sage and dragons blood smudging stick, black moonstone, lepidolite, carnelian, tigers eye, selenite and rose quartz, along with a simple visualisation burning bay leaves.

It is worth mentioning that ‘hatred’ is not really a valid emotion. It is an immature reaction to insecurity and self-loathing projected out towards another individual. Usually triggered by jealousy. Hatred is simply the absence of love. I don’t particularly like to focus on the energy of hate because it is so negative and doesn’t help the situation. However for the sake of the video I will address what causes hate and how we can move past it.

**Please be responsible when burning candles, incense, herbs or anything else in a home environment. Always use a heat proof dish and do not leave candles unattended.**
