Hope you enjoy this session inspired by some current personal work I am doing and what stood out to me from the book Come Together, Emily Nagoski. The acknowledgement that change is ever present and truly reliable, paradoxically, as it is often a major stressor and stirs feelings of uncertainty.
So I am trying to shift my view from discomfort and rejection to interest and curiosity in the unfolding of a version of myself I do not know yet.
