Hi beautiful human! This is an ASMR Reiki style video in which I'm talking about the process of transformation and rebirth. We are constantly reborn and I believe that each and every one of us have the ability to change and grow into better versions of ourselves. This is something that does not happen easy though and there are no shortcuts. Let's take some time to look within and to hold space for ourselves.
Some ASMR-triggers in this soft spoken/whispered video are; hand sounds, finger fluttering, hypnotic hand movements, follow the light, breathing sounds and some tapping. Also it includes methods for relaxation such as body-scan and breathing exercise.
