An otolaryngologist, more commonly known as an ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat) Doctor, does much more than look at your eyes, nose, and throat! We're going to be inspecting & palpating your face and head, testing some cranial nerves, your hearing, your breathing, your voice, on top of looking at your ears, nose, mouth, & throat.

Triggers include: soft speaking, explaining, whispering, pen writing, face touching, palpation, ear touching, crinkly cling wrap sounds, cranial nerve tests, following instructions, soft/sharp test, cotton buds, fabric shifting, otoscope, crinkly sounds in the ear, 128Hz/256Hz/512Hz/2156Hz tuning forks, hearing test, left or right, guided breathing, sticky finger sounds, and dictating notes.

From Oxford Languages: "a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. 'ASMR is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage.'"
