Hello everyone!!💗 Here's today's new video, I decided to bring you a guided meditation for stress and anxiety relief because I know that it can be really hard to cope with stressful situations and how debilitating anxiety may be❤️🩹 I have been practicing meditation on and off for a few years now, ever since I was a kid, but lately I've been trying to meditate more because I can immediately feel the benefits that it brings: it helps me focus more, understand my emotions, ground myself, be more mindful during everyday situations and overall just really helps me get through hard times☮️ I absolutely love meditating and believe that it's probably one of the most beneficial things to help you heal💫🕉🌈
