In this video, I’ll trace, tickle, and lightly scratch the back, all while you pretend it’s your own.
This is a relaxing, nostalgic childhood rhyme and game called “X Marks the Spot,” designed to give you goosebumps and bring all the wonderful tingles.
I’ll take my time breaking it down line by line, nice and slow, and then repeat it all together toward the end for even deeper relaxation.
(And haha, ignore me messing up a few parts!!!)
