Friday and Saturday: awake at 3am like a raccoon with a phone ☠️

Then Monday hits and you wonder why you’re starving, exhausted, and craving everything in the building!

Here’s the thing about your body: it doesn’t know it’s the weekend. It just knows the schedule got nuked. Again. So your hunger hormones go sideways, your energy tanks, your training suffers, and the fat loss you grinded for all week quietly stalls…

It’s basically giving yourself jet lag twice a week without going anywhere. Worst trip ever 🙅‍♂️

Sleep more, sure. But more importantly — sleep at the same time. Your bedtime isn’t a suggestion. It’s part of the program ‼️

You’re not a rebel for ignoring it.

You’re just a tired adult making fat loss harder for no reason 😬
