ʚ💌ɞ ─ Hi hello!! Not gonna lie, I nearly fell asleep recording this 😭😭 Mic scratching is such an underrated trigger, and honestly one of my favorites!! ASMR stands for “autonomous sensory meridian response.” The term describes the tingling sensation felt in response to certain stimuli, such as sounds or visuals. I’ve been using ASMR to help me fall asleep for a couple years now.
