Hello and welcome to my channel! 🙏💖

Even though we have moved through the gateway into 2025, we are still currently in the season of Winter which means that we are moving forward, but slowly, in sync with Mother Nature as she rests. This is a time of release, but also to nurture, heal and nourish ourselves. Take your time and work at your own pace. This is not a time to overdo it, or take on too much! There will be plenty of time when the Spring comes.

Exercise is important to shift stagnant or blocked energy right now. Eat healthy foods, stay hydrated and meditate. Getting out for a walk in nature will do wonders for your mental health. At this stage we are letting go of old memories and people that hold us in the past energy and may sabotage our movement forward come Springtime. Planning and preparing for new projects, ideas, adventures, jobs or relationships will also keep you motivated and distracted from the Winter blues.
